Problem
Sigma Reef's team spent real time every week producing on-brand content and then pushing it out manually across channels — a process that also produced inconsistency: off-brand posts, missing graphics, uneven publishing schedules.
Internal case
Cadence Ridge built this for Sigma Reef — a sibling company under the same founder, with its own team and content operation, not an anonymized outside client.
Sigma Reef's team spent real time every week producing on-brand content and then pushing it out manually across channels — a process that also produced inconsistency: off-brand posts, missing graphics, uneven publishing schedules.
The editorial workflow wasn't the hard part — the social platform integrations were. LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Mailchimp each need their own authentication, publishing rules, and failure handling, without ever double-publishing or silently dropping a post.
Two connected systems. Content Foundry turns approved source material into drafts, routes them through review, and hands off only approved content. Signal Relay takes that approved content, applies each channel's scheduling rules, and publishes to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and sends Mailchimp newsletters — retrying failures safely, never duplicating a post. The full flow is now orchestrated end to end by Hermes, an AI agent that connects both systems.
4 days to build Content Foundry, 4 more for Signal Relay. In active use since.
