Problem
Every inbound lead and support request ran through one person. Creating the contact record, logging the task, tracking the ticket, and remembering the context — none of it captured itself. It was manageable at low volume and increasingly wasn't.
Constraint
Off-the-shelf CRMs mean adapting the business to the software's shape. With AI, building something that fit the actual process exactly — instead of the other way around — became realistic rather than a luxury.
What we built
A lightweight, mobile-first CRM: inbound email automatically creates the contact, logs the task, and files the lead. By the time the inbox is opened, a reply draft is already prepared. It learns from prior tickets and suggests improvements over time.
Timeline
Built in 2 calendar weeks — about 8 hours of actual build time. In real day-to-day use since.
